About Frog

He started on your side of the invoice.

Andrew Carpenter, known as Frog, owns and manages New Orleans rentals. AC problems were costing too much time, creating too many tenant calls, and producing too little clarity. He learned the work and got licensed.

What changed

The work looks different when you live with the invoice.

A vague diagnosis does not help an owner decide. A broad arrival window does not help a tenant plan. A replacement proposal without scope does not help anyone compare.

Frog’s background keeps the useful questions in the room: What failed? What still works? What needs attention now? What can wait? What does the house itself change?

Working principles

Plain on purpose.

  • 01

    Diagnose before selling

Start with the symptoms, system, and house. A part is not a diagnosis, and old equipment is not automatically bad equipment.

  • 02

    Write the edges down

Scope, exclusions, dates, assumptions, and owner decisions belong in the record. That is how a quote becomes useful later.

  • 03

    Stay inside the footprint

AC Frog is built around scheduled residential work in Orleans and Jefferson Parishes, not a claim to be everywhere at every hour.

Scheduled service

Tell Frog what is going on.

Share the basics. Do not include payment information or a full street address. This request is for scheduled residential service, not emergency dispatch.
